UK: Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, from the NHS Organisation Data Service (active GP practices, role RO76).
Canada: Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence - Canada (Statistics Canada, Open Database of Healthcare Facilities, 2020 edition, primary care facility types only) and the Open Government Licence - British Columbia (HealthLink BC walk-in clinics). Canadian provincial medical college registers are not used because their terms do not permit reuse.
